Eryri is set in Cae Mair above Beaumaris and it has the most amazing views over the town, the Menai straits and the mountains beyond. A detached house with parking and views is a rarity indeed in medieval Beaumaris but a short five minute walk down the footpath brings you to the centre of Beaumaris. The house has a spacious living room with huge picture windows to take in those views, an open plan kitchen/dining room as well as a separate TV room, one shower room, one bathroom and four bedrooms making it a perfect option for multi-generational families or a smaller group or couple wanting more space.
Eating in is a pleasure, either looking at the views from the dining area or alfresco on the terrace on warmer evenings. But if you decide to venture out, you will be spoilt for choice with excellent cafes, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Enjoy dinner at The Bull, The Bishopsgate Hotel and The Midland, treat yourselves to afternoon tea at Beau's Tea Room or possibly the best ice cream on Anglesey at The Red Boat Ice Cream Parlour. Take out fish and chips from The Dockshack or Neptune Bistro and days when an easy option is the best. And with Mercado and Tredici which both combine a butcher's shop with delicatessen, seafood from The Menai Seafood Company and the excellent Central Bakery, there's plenty of choice on your doorstep.
This delightful house is a perfect base in which to spend time with family or friends, getting to know this gem of a town from a vantage point a few minutes walk out of the hustle and bustle.
