The most perfect example of an Edward I concentric castle is moments away. Beaumaris Castle allows knights of this realm to take charge of their imagination. Visit the courthouse and Gaol too, gallows humour a must.

Cyclists will be delighted with a secure coutyard to store their bikes, ready to follow routes galore. Cycle for miles and stop for scenic rests, plan lunch breaks at great restaurants and cafes along the way.

Sunrises at Penmon Point, the lighthouse standing tall and proud. Sunsets at Rhosneigr Beach, where cocktails can be sipped as surfboards are stowed away for the day.

Plan an outing to Zip World and descend at speed, or climb Snowdon and marvel at the views. All within easy reach of Beaumaris, perfectly located and with all that you will need.

We found the cottage to be a perfect retreat. Having two generous double bedrooms was most welcome . The modern bathroom with a bath and shower satisfied all preferences after a day on the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linen fresh. The downstairs layout was very practical especially with the additional cloakroom and utility space . The family dog was also well catered for with his own sleeping area and small patio garden. We would have no hesitation in recommending the cottage and are thinking of booking again for next year.

The house was very comfortable, quietly located within a stone's-throw of the seafront, and despite the central location we didn't have any trouble finding parking in the town nearby. Everything we needed was provided; plenty of bedding, towels, even dishwasher tablets, though all we really needed to wash up were the plates from the cakes we got from the bakery down the street!

We absolutely loved our stay at Glan Y Mor. We've been holidaying on Anglesey for the last 6 years and this is our favourite property. It was comfortable, well equipped and such a fabulous location - so close to the pier, pubs, restaurants and local amenities. The bedding and towels were lovely and the bathroom spot on (the bath was great). The directions that were provided were very helpful - especially the pictures. We didn't use the street parking but the Green parking was very reasonable and a nice walk along the front to get to it. Alongside this all our interactions with Boltholes and Hideaways were brilliant. Messages were replied to in a friendly and prompt manner. You all seem genuinely interested that our holiday was enjoyable - which it was, it was super (and well needed). Given our first experience of Boltholes and Hideaways and the quality of accommodation and service, we are making you our default search provider when looking for future places to stay. We have very much enjoyed this little cottage. Love the decor and how very, very clean it is. The kitchen is very well equipped. The extras provided were lovely. We will definitely be staying again!

We really enjoyed our stay here in Glan y Mor. Loved all the comforts it had to offer. Great location, all the amenities were great. Very good facilities to cook and eat in and lots of good restaurants to choose from. Really likes the decor in the house, colours, textures and materials. So good having outside space to sit out in too, This house suits all seasons and we would love to come back and will definitely recommend it.
