A spacious, perfect holiday house for a relaxing break in rolling countryside and just a four minute drive or a twenty-five minute walk to the beaches, cafes and pubs at Benllech. Traeth Bychan is equally close - a mecca on the east coast of the island for watersports and wood fired pizza!

Pant yr Afallen (which means the dip of the apple tree) sits in large grounds with views over lush countryside towards Puffin Island out over the Great Orme and the Carneddau mountains.

Step inside and you'll find a large open plan kitchen/dining area perfect for sociable dinners and chatty family breakfasts. The kitchen is well appointed with granite worktops and a range cooker. Leading on from here is the sitting area with a huge wood-burning stove to warm the coldest of winter nights and with a Smart TV.

There are two ground floor bedrooms, one a king and one family room with a king-size and single beds). French windows lead out into the garden. There is also a ground floor shower room and a large well equipped utility room.

Upstairs are two further bedrooms, a family bedroom with king-size and single beds and a king.

Outside, there's plenty of space to explore and unwind in with a large lawned area and a sheltered BBQ terrace just off the kitchen/dining area.

The eastern coastline of Anglesey is beautiful with sandy beaches and stunning views. The coastal path snakes along, undulating between bays offering hours of glorious walking. Eating out is easy with a range of pubs, cafes and restaurants to choose from. Order takeaway pizzas from The Beach Shop at Treath Bychan. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea at Ann's Pantry in Moelfre. And The Ship Inn, The Boathouse and The Tavern On The Bay at Red Wharf Bay are all well loved by visitors and locals alike.

Both Menai Bridge and Beaumaris are less then 30 minutes drive and you can reach the furthest corners of the island within the hour, making Pant Yr Afallen an ideal base for breaks with family and friends.

5-star plus! This place is wonderful. Lots of helpful information is provided. Lots of design and everything you could want to make a stay comfortable. There's even a huge basket of blankets. The location is perfect, just a few minutes drive from a wonderful beach. Easy to get to other locations on Anglesey. I can say this is one of the top places I've stayed. The owner, Dewi, is super friendly. I hope you get to meet him while you're there!

Beautiful house, fully equipped with anything you can wish for. We especially enjoyed the great gas barbecue, the outdoor games and the lovely basket full of fluffy blankets! The living room and bedrooms are extremely comfortable and offer plenty of space. As for location, it is ideal as described, a perfect starting point to explore both Anglesey and Snowdonia, with main attractions situated within a 30 min/1h drive. Also, you can easily reach the beautiful Coastal Path in about 20 minutes by foot. Finally, big thanks to the owner, who we were lucky enough to meet and who was very helpful with all our questions.

This has been our very first Airbnb experience, and the place had set our standard very, very high. Excellent place to stay! I wish I could give it 5+ stars. The check-in was smooth. They were kind enough to let us check in an hour before the time. Spacious, lovely space, cleanliness top notch. Very comfortable bedrooms. Superb hosts. Our stay was welcomed warmly. Loved it very much. I can’t recommend the place and hosts enough.

This was our first family holiday in a cottage together and Pant-yr-Fallen was a superb location! The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. It was the little touches that made it, eg the welcome gift! The games and kids' toys just to name a few… We would definitely visit again and recommend it to other family and friends. Thanks to Hazel and Gwyn for their visit on the last day, was a pleasure to meet them.

A Family cottage tucked in a small village closer to many amenities. The travel to all attractions are 50 mins to 1 hour 30 mins. Place had a garden at the front for kids to play and they enjoyed it.

Five of us stayed at this amazing house, and although it was cold, wet and windy outside, it was warm and cozy inside. The inside was immaculately clean, and everything we needed was provided. Fresh flowers on the table, cake, biscuits and a bottle of bubbly awaited us when we got there. Ample parking and a lovely outdoor area with bbq and patio furniture we could have used if the weather had been better. The beds were comfy and lovely clean bedding. Everything was just as described and shown in the pictures. Ideal location for exploring all the island. I highly recommend this beautiful property.

I wanted to take the opportunity to say thanks again for allowing us to use your beautiful home. We celebrated with friends for my partner's 50th birthday and Linda and Gareth couldn't have been more welcoming. We were left a beautiful, generous hamper complete with wine, crisps and fruit loaf. She even left a lovely 50th balloon for Scott! A truly lovely touch. We had a small issue connecting to the wifi but Gareth came over promptly and fixed it. Outstanding service. I would highly recommend Linda and Gareths home to stay. Stunning and immaculate. Thanks once again.

The house was excellent, very clean, modern and tidy, we could not fault the house at all really big garden great for playing with the grandchildren in. Only five minutes drive to the nearest beach and 10minutes drive to Tesco.

Absolutely stunning properly. in a fantastic and quiet location off the beaten track but within walkable distance to two gorgeous beaches. A 20 minute walk in either direction out the gate would take you to Traeth Bychan or Traeth Benllech a much larger beach with a beautiful Tavern on The Bay pub/restaurant half way along the beach. Continuing along here takes you to Red Wharf Bay and the lovely Boathouse cafe/restaurant. House was immaculate, exactly like the pictures, with a well-stocked kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms were gorgeous and our family were delighted with their rooms. We had a wonderful stay and would happily go again.

This was perfect for 5 adults and 2 kids. Lawned area we used the most for the kids to run and play- great that rackets and balls etc where on site too. Bbq area was good and just off the kitchen, we ate at the dining table. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Bathroom and shower room had plenty of towels. We didn’t walk to the town/ beach as we had an elderly adult and young child as part of the group. We visited a few of the local beaches via car, and went into the local town to collect a takeaway and to visit the co-op.
