A welcoming holiday house for six in the heart of Rhosneigr
Y Bwthyn is a welcoming holiday house for six, which sits on a quiet lane right in the heart of Rhosneigr. The centre of this popular coastal village is a short stroll down the pathway from the driveway, and the Glan Neigr pub is just opposite.
Bright and freshly decorated, Y Bwthyn has been carefully designed as a perfect beach Bolthole. Downstairs you'll find a spacious utility room with a shower - handy after a day in the surf. The rest of the ground floor opens into a large sociable open-plan space with a fabulous kitchen and island at one end leading out to the patio through French windows. What a fabulous place to enjoy the sun or for evening suppers.
Upstairs are three lovely first-floor bedrooms - two doubles and a twin, as well as a family bathroom.
Centrally located in Rhosneigr, there's no need to hop into the car for meals out whilst staying at Y Bwthyn. Walk to The Surf Cafe for breakfast, grab lunch at Chaplin's Ice Cream and Coffee Bar or Mojo's Restaurant, Bar and Crêperie, and head out for dinner at Sandy Mount House. A little further afield, The White Eagle at Rhoscolyn and The Oyster Catcher are also great places to eat.
The Anglesey coastal path stretches out along the coastline in both directions offering hours of beautiful walking with wonderful views. Rhosneigr's sandy beaches are ideal for family days out with sand castelly sand and plenty of rock pools at low tide. Watersports enthusiasts will love the surf. Further afield, the whole of the island of Anglesey is within easy reach with beautiful gardens, castles, historic sites, coastal towns, quiet rural villages and a host of stunning beaches to explore.
Whatever reason you choose to stay at Y Bwthyn, you'll find it a very special and relaxing place.
