Sirusa sits in quiet countryside near the Inland sea, away from the hustle and bustle of Trearddur Bay but only a short walk away along a quiet lane.
The house was completed in 2023 and has been designed with the needs of a holidaying group or extended family in mind; its sociable and comfortable with some beautiful features and finishes. The ground floor living area is large and open; a sitting area with comfortable sofas, armchairs and a huge TV sits in front of the dining area with the kitchen area behind that. Both kitchen and dining areas have separate patio door access to the sheltered outside dining area making a seamless transistion from inside to out. A perfect al-fresco bbq set up.
A short corridor leads to a ground floor shower room and a King size bedroom, french windows lead from the bedroom to its own little gravelled courtyard. A lovely spot for a morning coffee before joining the rest of the crowd! The ground floor garage can be accessed from inside as well, meaning its a perfect for changing out of wetsuits or muddy boots or storing watersports equipment or bikes.
Upstairs are four further bedrooms, all with ensuite bath/shower rooms. The front two king bedrooms feel incredibly spacious with high vaulted ceilings and patio doors to the Juliet balconies which open to views of the inland sea. The rear King bedroom also has sliding patio doors and Juliet balcony and has views over the countryside to the rear. Even the children's bunk room has a large ensuite shower room.
The house is so spacious and well equipped that you'll hardly want to leave but when it comes time to explore a bit you'll find some great pubs and restaurants on the beach in Trearddur Bay- the Seacroft, Ocean's Edge, Sea Shanty or Trearddur Bay Hotel.
