This week, the fields have been alive with the reedy bleats of young lambs and it's been such a treat to watch them gambol around in bouncy gangs! So lovely. There are plenty of signs of spring as well, with beautiful snowdrops and primroses in the hedgerows and daffodils, crocus, camellias and magnolias coming into flower in many gardens. It has even been mild enough to shed our winter coats, for a short while at least!
Valentine's Day is just around the corner - a lovely excuse for a couple of days away if ever you needed one! Or you might just be hankering after some fresh air and beach time this weekend. Can we tempt you to come away?
