We're a creative and innovative small team of six and are looking for a Boltholes Mission Control Coordinator to help us continue to provide outstanding service to our customers and cottage owners alike.
You'll be primarily responsible for overseeing our front line customer, supplier and owner communications - telephone and email. This may be taking bookings or answering questions about the cottage or the area, resolving a problem that's arisen during a guest's stay or working with an owner or a housekeeper requiring your help. Variety is guaranteed for sure and the ability to think on your feet is a prerequisite!
We're also looking for someone who is reasonably tech-savvy as we would like to help you grow into being able to assist in other areas of the business such as selecting and manipulating digital photography for our website and social media channels.
We want you to play a central part in the business as part of our team and we'll support you in understanding our amazing product and what really makes our customers and owners tick.
We're looking for someone who can offer approximately 35 hrs a week and can also flexibly support our team with operational priorities.
