Description
Gwynt y Mor is one of two stunning semi detached holiday cottages a short walk from the beautiful beach at Nefyn. The beach is rightly famous for its long stretch of golden sands, colorful beach huts and amazing beach cafe; continue walking along the sands and you come to Porthdinllaen beach and the Ty Coch Inn, consistently voted one of the top beach bars in the world. A short walk in the opposite direction takes you into Nefyn and Morfa Nefyn which has a fantastic local shop/deli, a great selection of pubs and restaurants including The Cliffs as well as the local brewery Cwrw Llyn which has an on-site tap room.
Back at the house you'll find a beatifully designed space for 8 with an open plan well equipped kitchen and dining area leading out to the sunny patio which has views over the lawn and out towards the sea. Comfortable outdoor sofas make for a lovely space to sit and relax before firing up the barbeque and preparing the evening's feast. There is a ground floor twin bedroom and a ground floor walk-in shower room and there are three upstairs bedrooms with king size beds, one of which leads out onto the balcony with views over towards the Eifl mountains and out to sea. There is also an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs utility room.
Gwynt y Mor sits next door to Ceg y Bae which also sleeps 8 and can be booked together for groups up to 16. Both properties share a lawned area to the front.
