Anchorage House looks over the sandy cove of Porth Diana in beautiful Trearddur Bay. A grand looking house over three floors, its been designed so that all the principal rooms enjoy the views out to sea; the sunsets from the balcony are spectacular!

Full Description

The design extends to practicality- the lower ground floor has a large covered seating area, perfect for drying wetsuits and sailing gear before planning the next day around the table. This space extends into the house where you can shower off before warming up in the sauna or jumping into the six person heated spa pool.
Upstairs on the ground floor, you'll find three bedrooms (a family room with a double and a single bed and two twin bedrooms) and a family bathroom. The kitchen and living areas are on the first floor to make the most of the incredible sea views. This is fantastically sociable space, with kitchen, dining and slouching areas blending into one with the central fireplace at its centre.Doors lead out on to the balcony where the views of beach, boats, sunsets and stars are always changing.
There's a fourth bedroom on this floor as well- a king size room with a great ensuite shower room.

Location

Sandy beaches are only a stone's throw away- you just need to choose between the quieter cove of Porth Diana on your doorstep or the livelier main beach a short walk away. Boating types will love the the close proximity of the sailing club while the gastro's can take the 1/4 mile walk across the sandy bay to Trearddur to sample the food at Ocean's Edge, Sea Shanty or Trearddur Bay Hotel. Even closer, there's the Seacroft pub down the road- the terrace is a perfect place for a sundowner after a busy day.
