A crisp cottage for 7 in sunny Abersoch
Back
Cwmafon is a bright and sunny bungalow for seven in Abersoch. Wonderfully positioned on a quiet cul-de-sac, its a short walk through this lovely village to the beach.

Full Description

Freshly renovated in 2025, Cwmafon is now ready to welcome happy guests! Step inside and you'll find a bright living room with cosy L shaped sofa and armchair. The open space extends through into the dining room and then to the kitchen beyond keeping things light and sociable. There's a useful utility room which leads out into the rather splendid garden where you'll find plenty of space for a drink in the sun or a kickabout on the lawn. Kids will love the access to the playground beyond.

When its time to turn in, you'll find three welcoming bedrooms- two of them are king bedrooms and one is a bunk room (the lower bunk is a double so this room sleeps up to 3 children or 2 adults if they don't mind the headroom). One bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is also a family bath room to ensure those post-beach rinse-off's don't result in queues!

The owners may occasionally occupy the annex next door for their own holidays which is accessed through Cwmafon's driveway. The house and gardens are for guests use only with guests privacy respected at all times.

Location

Abersoch is known as a haven for yachties as well as as being host to numerous events and festivals throughout the year. There are some great independent shops, galleries and delis as well as great pubs and excellent bars such as Zinc and Apres-Sea. There are great restaurants as well, some of our favourites are The Potted Lobster, Nwdl and The DIning Room. Add to that the amazing beaches and stunning coastline, watersports and golf and you may not get an opportunity to explore the rest of the Llyn Peninsula. It's no wonder this small villages reputation as a glamourous retreat dwarfs its size!
