A peaceful slice of Anglesey heaven for four - brilliantly placed for exploring coast and country
Back
The position here is magical. First you thread through green lanes and glimpse the sea. Then arrive at a cleverly designed stone barn conversion and a true haven for nature. Gardens, beaches and the coastal path await.

Full Description

Inside Derri Bach is a serene mix. Arrive into an oasis of curation. Oak floors, chalky colours and wonderfully vibrant Joules sofas create a place to lounge in style. Hunker down in the living room with wow, that view...A sliding door opens to a sheltered outside space to sit and watch the red squirrels and birds having their breakfast with uninterrupted countryside views.

There's a dining space with a table from heaven to linger at. Cooks will be happy with the view-filled kitchen and the kind owner has left everything you need to bustle away.

Tucked quietly to one side is a charming reading nook with a writing bureau and bookcase – the perfect place to read a book, write a postcard or simply enjoy a moment of peace. Red squirrels are regular visitors, joined by woodpeckers, garden birds, wild ducks and bats at dusk. ?A stylish ground-floor shower room and WC provides extra convenience.

Climb the oak staircase leads to arrive at two restful bedrooms with exposed oak beams to create a wonderful sense of space and views towards Parys Mountain. The vast king size bedroom with a sofa and views enjoys views through the glass to the airy ground floor. Next-door find a smart bathroom with a drenching shower, and funky floor. Soak up the bath and linger...

Next is another king bedroom - find soft colours and comfort. A flawless ensuite bathroom is perfectly placed.

Open the doors onto the south-facing patio, where comfortable sofas invite you to lap up the sun. All you hear are the birds, the breeze and peace. An outdoor kitchen, complete with an electric Ninja Woodfire Electric Grill and generous preparation space, makes al fresco dining effortless.

The views from here remind you that just three miles away is Lligwy beach. Follow the Anglesey Costal paths and return for a good supper, perhaps roasted scallops on the barbeque. With the fire pit, BBQ area and sofas outside, enjoy the birdsong by day and amazing starry skies on a clear night.

Things to do

"We had a lovely first day. A lazy morning out on the decking (I had a squirrel visit fleetingly), followed by an afternoon at Lligwy beach. We used the Ninja Grill and we ate in the garden and tucked up in bed. We love our beautiful surroundings"
Tracy & Chris Pears , 28th July 2026
