Grand house for 12 overlooking the beach
Back
Gather the gang and head to the beach! Glasfryn is the place to be- beautifully presented with six bedrooms and loads of space and the best view of the beach and harbour at Cemaes Bay.

Full Description

On the ground floor you'll find a lovely kitchen and dining room and utility room, a games room and a living room. The six bedrooms and three bathrooms are arranged over the first and second floors with a bonus of a crows nest sitting room on the 3rd floor. The views get better the higher you go! Our favourite view must be the one from the copper freestanding bath, through the bedroom and over the bay, sublime. You'll find touches of luxury inside but this fine house is also beautifully practical and entertaining for a large group. The hot outdoor shower is perfect for washing sandy feet following a barefoot walk from the beach and the variety of sitting areas and games room enables a large group to spread out and enjoy the space but with plenty of it when it becomes time to convene and celebrate the occasion.

There are three pubs in Cemaes- The Harbour, Ye Olde Vigour and The Stag, all within a 200 yard walk away in the center of the village. Here there is also an art gallery, ice cream shop, convenience store and a couple of excellent cafes

Continue along this beach and you'll find the path to the Gadlys Hotel which is one of our favourite places to eat in the area, well worth the 5-minute walk!

Should you want to walk further, you'll find this section of the Anglesey coastal path to be stunning. We're sure you will love the beautiful walks from the house along the beach and over the cliffs to the ancient church of Llanbadrig.
