A big TV for rainy days and plenty of space to recline. You cook in the smart grey kitchen, flooded with light and patio doors. On summer evenings settle on the patio sofa with a book and a glass of wine while something delicious simmers in the kitchen and children rampage safely. Bedrooms are simple, two doubles and a twin.
