Location

Steps lead down to the beach immediately in front of the Quay and a short stroll away along the shore you'll find the famous old Ship Inn and the Old Boathouse- both fantastic places for food or just a drink in the sun. Also within a short walk is The Tavern on the Bay and if you fancy a change, Beaumaris is a short drive away and has a superb range of restaurants, pubs and delis. Or follow the Anglesey Coastal path straight from the door north to Benllech or around the bay towards Llanddona. It's not difficult to see why Red Wharf Bay is one of Anglesey's most beautiful and popular beaches and there are no finer locations on it than that occupied by The Quay.

Things to do

"We had a lovely time at this beautiful house, overlooking the sea. It is very peaceful and well equipped. I am very fussy when it comes to beds, but they were very comfy. There is an en suite to the 2 main bedrooms, both of which were clean and spacious. The kitchen is great and has everything in it you could possibly need, including a coffee pod machine. Host left a nice welcome pack, which was much appreciated. You can walk down the coast path (or along the beach at low tide) all the way towards Benllech."
"Thanks Boltholes and Hideaways!
We recently stayed 2 nights
in The Quays at Red Wharf Bay on Anglesey. What a beautiful location! It was situated right next to the sea with fabulous views over to the hills. We woke up to the sound of wading birds! There are fabulous pubs/restaurant within walking distance to the apartment (The Ship and The boathouse). The Anglesey coastal path led us on a beautiful walk around to Benllech bay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything that we needed.
We would all like to thank ‘Boltholes and hideaways’ for their kindness and communication which made our stay special! Thank you so very much.
Warm regards
Amanda x"
"What an amazing place this is. Pictures don’t do it justice, it exceeded our expectations. From the lovely welcome pack, to the finish of the place and then that view. 12/10 would 100% recommend and will be returning"
