The perfect walker's Bolthole with a log fired hot tub from which to admire the views
Tan y Bryn Bach is a recently renovated Bolthole in the mountain village of Llanllechid at the foot of the Carneddau mountains in Snowdonia.
Footpaths lead from the back garden directly up to Gyrn and Moel Wnion and beyond to the main Carneddau ridge which contains seven of the 15 peaks in Wales over 3000 feet. Aficionados will maintain that the area is not only the quietest part of Snowdonia but also its most beautiful.
There are also beautiful lower walks from the doorstep as well as further afield. Zip World is less than 10 minutes away and Anglesey 15 minutes in the other direction.
The owners, who live next door, have designed the house to be a warm and welcoming base for anyone visiting the area. There is private parking and a sheltered garden with mountain views from the lawned area or from the terrace outside the patio doors. There is also an enclosed log fired hot tub from which to admire those views of the mountains.
Step inside and the bright living room is off to the left with access to the garden. Off to the right is the spacious modern kitchen with dishwasher, dining table for 6 and every essential.
Upstairs, the main bedroom has a beautiful ensuite shower room as well as a balcony to soak the amazing views outside. Across the hall is the family bath/shower room and beyond another bedroom with three comfy single beds.
