This soft pink seaside holiday house has been recently renovated to the highest standard, keeping all the original features while bringing a contemporary feel with carefully curated interiors. Each room has been lovingly designed, creating a wonderfully unique retreat with an eclectic mix of stylish wallpaper, tiles and furniture.
On arrival at the promenade, you will see a row of colourful Victorian houses overlooking the sea. You will find Claremont in the middle block between the green and blue houses. Climb the slate topped steps and step into the original Victorian hallway - its striking tiles set the tone for the rest of the house. The kitchen-dining space is to the right - a well-equipped entertaining space with wonderful sea views with uninterrupted views over to Anglesey. A breakfast bar divides the dining room and kitchen, providing a lovely social area when cooking. The kitchen has a quartz worktop and encaustic tiles, giving it that wow factor, and there is an induction hob, electric oven, American-style fridge freezer, Roberts vintage-style radio, and plenty of crockery and glasses.
Also on the ground floor is a gorgeous shower room and a ground floor king-size bedroom.
Step back through the hall and on climbing the stairs to the first floor, you will find a small utility room, a WC and the second bedroom which has a triple bunk (double below and a single bed above) which comfortably sleeps two adults or two to three children. The main bedroom is next where you can sleep soundly in the comfortable king-size bed. Adjacent is the sitting room - a large luxurious space with a beautiful mix of vintage and new furnishings, a Smart TV, and spectacular sea views. Sit back with an evening glass of wine and watch beautiful sunsets over Anglesey and Puffin Island.
Finally, at the top of a small flight of stairs is a further king-size bedroom and a roomy family bathroom with a roll-top bath and shower.
Claremont has outside space both at the front and back. The front garden, which is a shared space with the next-door property, has outdoor sofas and a table on a paved patio area in the centre of the lawn. The rear garden which is accessed through the basement is enclosed with a table and chair for four and a small lawn.
The main entrance to the building is up a small flight of outdoor steps, and the interior is of typical Victorian design and layout. For this reason, we are very sorry that we are unable to accommodate guests with limited access or wheelchair users.

- Outside The rear garden is accessed via the basement from where you step out into back garden. Paved area with table and chairs for four and small lawn. Parking beyond. The front garden has seating for eight with outdoor sofas and a table a paved area in the centre of the lawn. This is a shared garden area and guests should keep to the Claremont side of the space and respect the residents' space on the other side of the path. Not suitable for events or parties.
- Parking Off-road parking for up to three cars at the rear of the property.
- Children Travel cot (no bedding) and high chair available on request. Baby playpen. Children should be supervised outside at all times. Steep steps down into the front garden which is a shared space with the next door property - guests should keep to the Claremont side of the central path. The rear garden is enclosed.
- Bikes Can be stored in the basement. Bikes must be brought in through the back door and care taken not to damage the paintwork.

- To note Sorry, no single sex parties, hen or stag parties. Llanfairfechan is a coastal village situated on the North Wales coast between Conwy and Bangor. From here it is easy to access the Conwy, Valley, the mountains of Snowdonia or head onto the island of Anglesey. It has a huge sandy beach at low tide and is popular with families and water sports enthusiasts. The North Wales coastal path passes along the flat beachside promenade with beautiful coastal walks towards Morfa Madryn and beyond. Backed by the Carneddau mountains, walkers will love the proximity to good footpaths leading up into the hills, home to wild Carneddau ponies. Llanfairfechan has several cafes, including two popular beachside cafes, a small Co-op and Nisa stores, an excellent butcher and a zero-waste shop.
