A spacious, newly renovated farmhouse for ten in beautiful Anglesey countryside
Back

Pen y Fan Bellaf sits deep in verdant Anglesey countryside but is only a 20-minute drive to the beaches on this beautiful island's eastern coast. A former farm, it has been lovingly renovated by the owners who still farm the surrounding land.

Take the winding private track off a country lane and you'll find a sheltered idyll, far from the madding crowd, with only songbirds and lambs to disturb the peace.

Full Description

Step inside, through the porch and along the hallway and you'll come into an open plan kitchen dining area with plenty of space for all the party to get together and relax. Bi-fold doors lead out onto the lovely patio area with an al-fresco dining area to enjoy the sun and views over the rolling countryside beyond.

At the other end of the kitchen area, there is a sunny sitting room with French windows that open onto a terraced area to the side of the house. There is also a downstairs WC and a large, well-equipped utility room off the kitchen.

Step through to the original part of the house where you will find a cosy second sitting room with comfy sofas around a wood-burning stove. Explore further into the games room, again with a wood-burning stove making it the perfect escape on winter evenings. Beyond the games room is a downstairs bedroom with a lovely ensuite wet room, suitable for guests with limited mobility; the full-length window in this room looks out onto rural views.

Upstairs are four further bedrooms - a king room with a Juliet balcony, a king room with a dressing room and access out onto the first-floor balcony. A twin room with a dressing room and a double room complete the set. There are two beautifully appointed shower/bathrooms upstairs as well.

" Dec 2024 Family Group for Christmas Stay!

This is our third stay at this beautiful holiday home. Thank you once again to the wonderful
hosts for ensuring a comfortable stay!
The house is stunning, more than well equipped with high quality everything! Linda had thought of
lots of extras for Christmas and it was great to arrive to a Christmas hamper and even activities for the
kids.

We are thrilled to have been in this gorgeous setting for Christmas.
Thank you once again. X

"This is a rare find holiday accommodation that is actually better than the photos, but Pen y Fan Bellaf is that exception.

From our first view of the house and throughout our stay we have not been disappointed, with the house having everything we could have needed. The views that we could never tire of, with the added bonus of the sheep, cows, rabbits, pheasants and even some beautiful sunshine!

We were here to celebrate some family ‘0’ birthdays, the house has been perfect. Large enough for each couple to have their own space but cosy enough when all together. Between us I think we have visited most places around the island but would love to do a return visit sometime as the house draws to it and is so conveniently located for everything."
"It has been a pleasure staying in your wonderful home. Location is fantastic offering a peaceful haven we all needed,

yet we were still able to visit some of the lovely places North Wales has to offer.

The house is extremely well equipped, comfortable and spacious. You really have thought of everything and more!

Loved the views and watching our outdoor neighbours!"
"Such a lovely stay in this gorgeous property! A great celebration of 3 big birthdays 30, 60 and 90 yrs. Old.
Enjoyed watching the wildlife too – red squirrels and kites.

Hope to be back!
"
"A truly wonderful property with lots of space for all 8 of us to share. A fantastic week spent with family enjoying the open spaces and lovely views. The mixed weather did not spoil it for us, thank you for all the thoughtful things in the house. The children loved the tent. I am sure we will be back."
"A wonderful stay in a true “ home from home”. The house met our every requirement. Tranquillity, accessibility, cleanliness, spacious and all these with stunning surroundings full of farm- life and wild- life. Far better than anything we have stayed in elsewhere in the UK ( Cornwall, Lake District, The Highland’s, and Cotswolds) .
Very happy to have discovered this amazing place, thanks for all, your house is amazing. The house is beautiful and its amazing to be surrounded by such stunning wildlife. I saw squirrels, pheasants, cows and sheep.
"
"Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. I’m not sure we ever want to leave such a gorgeous location, with so much to do in short drives.

Some of our favourite memories include:

Visiting Newborough beach and woodlands; climbing Snowdon; seeing red squirrels.

the sunset in the garden & meeting our lovely neighbours’ cows and sheep and

getting to spend one last week together before we graduate.

Thank you,"
