Ty Pen is an ideal Hideaway for those wishing to spend time exploring Beaumaris but prefer a bit more peace and quiet (Parking is only available for 1 car in the layby at the front of the property, just outside the cottage on a first come, first served basis and there is additional parking within walking distance, no parking at the side of the property.).

Location
Ty Pen is a lovely little holiday cottage in Llanfaes near Beaumaris. From here it's just a 10-minute walk to the beach at Friars Bay and a further 10-minute walk following the Anglesey Coastal Path to Beaumaris.
The coastal town of Beaumaris is a five-minute drive from 2 Tyn Lon and here you will find cafes, restaurants, pubs and some great independent shops. There's a Spar, ideal for essentials, two delicatessen/butchers and an excellent bakery. Spend time exploring the town's stunning medieval castle and go crabbing on the Victorian pier which looks out over the Menai Strait towards the mountains of the Carneddau and Snowdonia. Take a boat trip out to Puffin Island or down the Strait and see the island from a different perspective. Further afield, the island of Anglesey is rich in beautiful beaches and there are miles of wonderful coastal path to explore.
