Back

Round up all the family or a group of friends and head for this glorious hideaway for 10 down a web of narrow lanes. Unusual, quirky and fun.

Once an old watermill, you couldn’t fail to feel happy here at Hen Felin – with so much space inside and out. Step through wide oak doorway to a warm inviting space, and the best welcome hamper! The sleek kitchen has plenty of kit to help the prep - a Wow kitchen island and area to sit and watch the chef get supper ready. The kitchen feel is impressive, created with chefs in mind…

Full Description

The enormous, beamed jewel coloured living room is beautifully lit. At one the fire welcomes you for a drink, on the other a long table for convivial chopping and eating ready for a meal under the glow of candlelight.

For grandparents or those wishing to flee the general throng, there’s a quiet bedroom downstairs with an ensuite bathroom with a rainfall shower.

The first-floor landing is an open plan vaulted space with large windows for that view. Sheepskin-covered seats and artwork make you want to linger. Bedrooms are decorated with the owner’s impeccable style, have crisp bedding and jewel-coloured throws and with thick mattresses, and offer the best night’s sleep. The crisp bathroom is a cool mix of modern and antique - a leather pouffe means you can chat in the bath. An extra ground floor shower room is handy.

This holiday barn has got everything for a stay in any weather - books, games, gardens and Subbuteo and silence. In this secluded spot with hooting owls, come for fresh Llyn Peninsula air and starry skies. Outdoors the firepit and pizza oven is the place to unwind under starry, starry skies. Children can tear about safely in gardens and grownups can have a beer at the bar! Or throw everyone in the car and head for the coast – the area is a treat to discover.
