Arrive and fling open the doors to enjoy the salty air, choose a book and head for the reading spot on the mezzanine or by the patio doors with the wonderful views - the sunsets are spectacular. Spot sea birds with the telescope gaze at ships at sea. Outside are chairs for sundowners or lazy suppers.When it cools, take a blanket, stoke the fire and watch the sun drop over the sea with a beer.
Ty Mawr: Upstairs is a swish double bedroom, all very traditional, comfortable and pretty gorgeous sea views and an ensuite. Plus, an attic room -small but perfectly formed for a good sleep.The double bedroom on the ground floor is traditionally fabulous, with a comfortable bed.
The bathroom with the perfectly poised bath is very seductive for the soak after a salty day on the beach.There’s a place for you on Loaf velvet sofas and sumptuous cushions in the cosy living room by the log-burner. Lovely art on the walls – this is the place for those who seek peace.Cook as a team in the vast kitchen with Aga cooker and masses of kit – you could easily cook Christmas lunch for 12! Cooking will be a breeze and there’s space for everyone to help at the big table. The squashy Loaf sofa is perfect to watch the goings on.
Outdoors you’ll find a large garden with lawns for tumbling on, views to the distant water,barbecue and outdoor table n the best spot for stargazing.

The large family bathroom is beautifully decorated and with bath and separate shower begs to be relaxed in.
With an adjoining door that can be opened and with two kitchens if both are booked it's a great place for 12 people to be gather but not have to spend every waking hour together!

Location
Wander in the car to Beaumaris for excellent food, stock up at the little quirky shops and get an ice cream at the Red Boat. Walk one way and meander over the beach to Red Wharf Bay for breakfast at the Boathouse or lunch at the Ship Inn. In the other direction the coastal trails lead to peaceful Penmon along coastal heaven. All is delightful…
